OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vaginal atrophy is common in postmenopausal women. This leads to dryness, itching and burning sensation in the vagina. The treatment is usually by estrogen cream, or oral estrogen. If this fails, then you can be given hormonal replacement therapy to relieve the symptoms.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
